By creating an account or using RK Astro Veda AI ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from the Legal Center. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase. Younger users may use the platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law.

Provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly through the support page if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Charts, timing windows and reports depend on the birth date, time and place you enter. Please check these carefully — incorrect details lead to incorrect calculations. You are responsible for decisions you make using information from the platform.

The platform calculates Vedic astrology charts using an astronomical ephemeris and offers interpretations based on traditional systems. Astrology is a traditional belief system and is not a scientifically established method of prediction. See the Astrology & AI Disclaimer.

Some interpretations are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI output can contain errors or omissions and should be independently considered before you rely on it. No human astrologer reviews AI answers unless we clearly say so.

Mantra, meditation, yoga, chakra, aura and similar content is offered as traditional spiritual practice and general well-being information. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. See the Spiritual Wellness Disclaimer.

The Premium Kundali Report (₹500, one-time) is a downloadable PDF generated from your calculated chart. After verified payment you may generate and re-download it from your account. It is licensed for your personal use.

Daily All Access (₹49) gives premium access for 24 hours. Monthly Premium (₹500) gives 30 days. Yearly Premium (₹3,000) gives 365 days. All plans are paid in advance and do NOT renew automatically — access simply ends at expiry. You may buy again whenever you choose.

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords. Access is granted only after the payment is confirmed on our server with the payment provider — not from a browser redirect alone.

Refunds and cancellations are handled as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, in line with applicable law and payment-provider rules.

Online services can experience downtime. Hosting, AI and payment providers may have outages and report generation may occasionally be delayed. We work to keep the platform available but cannot promise uninterrupted service.

We rely on third parties for payments (Cashfree), AI processing, hosting/infrastructure, authentication (including Google sign-in) and geocoding of birth places. They operate under their own terms and policies and are not controlled by us.

The platform's software, design, written content, report templates and owned or licensed artwork are protected. Your questions and birth details remain yours; you allow us to process them only to provide the service. See the Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use policies.

You must not use the platform for fraud, impersonation, hacking, harassment, illegal activity, payment manipulation, automated scraping, or attempts to bypass paid access. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, payment or security abuse, illegal use, or serious breaches of these Terms. Where appropriate we will explain why and you may contact support. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on astrological, AI or spiritual content, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

We may improve or change features. When we make material changes to these Terms we will show a clear notice in the app and, where required, ask you to accept the updated version before continuing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction details are shown in the Business details section below once configured by the operator. Please contact support first — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
