Privacy Policy

Account: name (if provided), email, and mobile number when you give it for payment receipts.

Birth data: date of birth, birth time, birth place and the coordinates/time zone derived from it, plus calculated Kundli information.

Usage: astrology preferences, language choice, AI questions you ask, saved and purchased reports.

Billing: plan, subscription dates, payment order IDs, amount, status and payment method type. We never receive card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN or banking passwords.

Technical: basic device/browser information and technical logs needed for security and troubleshooting.

To create and secure your account; calculate your Kundli, dasha and timing windows; answer AI questions and produce personalised reports; process payments and grant access; provide customer support; prevent fraud and abuse; and, where legally permitted, improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.

Your Kundli, birth details, questions, reports and payment history are private to your account and protected by access rules in our database. Other users cannot see them. Authorised administrators can access account and payment records only to provide support, handle payments and meet legal obligations.

Cashfree Payments (payments), our AI provider (to generate interpretations — your calculated chart and question are sent for this purpose), our hosting and database provider, Google (if you use Google sign-in) and Open-Meteo (to look up birth-place coordinates). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

If you use the app without signing in, birth profiles are stored only in your browser on this device. Signing in uploads them to your private account.

We keep account data while your account is active. When you request deletion we delete or anonymise personal data, except records we must keep for legally required periods — for example payment, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and security records.

Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent and grievance redressal. Use Profile → Privacy & Data Controls or the Contact / Grievance page. Withdrawing consent may mean some features can no longer be provided.

We use encrypted connections, per-user database access rules, server-side secret keys and server-side payment verification. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures and will act promptly on security issues.

The platform is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data in violation of applicable law.
