📿 How to do Jap

  1. Choose a quiet place.
  2. Sit comfortably.
  3. Take slow breaths.
  4. Set a simple intention.
  5. Pronounce the mantra slowly and clearly.
  6. Repeat with attention rather than speed.
  7. Keep awareness on the sound / breath.
  8. Finish with 1–2 minutes of silence.
  9. End with gratitude.

Consistency and mindful attention matter more than reaching a particular number.

Method for every mantra

🪷 How to sit: Sit on a mat or chair, spine upright but relaxed, hands resting on knees.

🌬️ Breath: Take 3 slow breaths before starting; let breathing stay natural while chanting.

🗣️ Pronunciation: Say each syllable slowly and clearly; listening to a trusted recording helps.

🙏 Finish: Sit silently for 1–2 minutes, then offer thanks.

📅 Daily routine: Same time daily — e.g. 5–10 minutes after bathing in the morning.
